What we collect
To process a swap, we collect the destination address you provide and the transaction data necessary to route funds. We do not collect names, emails, or physical addresses unless you contact support voluntarily.
What we don't collect
We do not require government ID, selfies, proof of address, or any other KYC documentation for standard swaps.
Data retention
Transaction records are retained only as long as necessary to resolve support issues and meet applicable legal obligations, then deleted.
Third parties
Swaps are routed through liquidity partners who process the minimum data required to complete a transaction. We do not sell user data.
